INNOCENTIVE - Financial incentive for Scientific innovation

I walked past this interesting site called Innocentive whose philosophy is to bring together scientists and corporates(seekers) needing to solve problems. Corporates tie-up with Innocentive and post their R&D challenges and the registered Solvers (Scientists) could work on the challenges and provide solutions, for which they would be rewarded financially. This idea looks interesting but I am not sure how far Fortune 500 / other top companies would come out to post their R&D challenges (which ought to be "SECRET") onto a website where registered scientists could view all the details. Thought Innocentive promises to maintain confidentiality of the name of the Seekers, would corporates be comfortable enough to use this service ?!!
