USB drive Security

Every company faces the challenge of Securing their information from "malicious" employees who could potentially walk away with confidential corporate information (like code / "In-progress" product info / any proprietary data) with the help of USB drives. Added to the plain USB drives are the MP3 players, which could very well be used as storage medium. I was Googling to see if there are any solutions available in the market to control the threat of USB drive's. I found couple of them
1. Device Lock
2. Sanctuary
3. Device wall
4. Desktop Security
I downloaded and experimented the trial version of Device Lock and it was pretty good. They have options of integrating with Group Policy and so the admin can provide access only for certain groups to use USB drives. Also options are available for opening USB drive access by time (say friday 10 - 11 am)/ user. You can provide a whitelist of USB drives. The best part I liked was that the Software doesnot interrupt USB based Keyboard / mouse but restricts access on USB drives, CD drives etc. I also happen to read this article about how Barclay bank in UK narrowed down into using Sanctuary in their organization. I am yet to try out Sanctuary... probably sometime this week i guess..
