Microsoft sucks big time in Security

The latest fuzzing tests conducted by HD Moore on the web browsers have proven that IE has significantly large number of critical Security flaws than any other browser
Today I read about disclosure of 3 more critical security flaws in IE. I fear using IE to perform any critical transactions these days. Will MS never be able to provide Security ?? MS sucks badly in Security. Laws should be passed to heavily fine such software vendors with critical Security flaws.
