I visited a nice site which explains about OSSTMM - Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual. They have a free download of manual which provides a guidance on how to implement Secure testing methodology. Testing usually involves analyzing the functionalities and performance. I firmly believe Testing in all organisations should get matured to embed with Security wherein the Security of the System is tested as well.
