IT's big flops

Network World has listed IT's big flops in which Security is listed in the sixth position. I would definitely push Security a little further to maybe 2 or 3 considering the millions of $$ which companies lose every year due to a Security flaw in the System. For eg, the flaw in CISCO IOS which was exposed by Michael Lynn had the potential of bringing down the Cisco routers when 70% of the routers in the Internet world are Cisco made.
